This Hotel is one of the earliest established facilities near the Auckland Airport. We maintain the tradition of treating our guests to genuine and friendly "Kiwi Hospitality".
There are 50 ground floor business studio rooms with a variety of bedding configurations - 1 queen bed, or 1 double and 1 single, or 3 single beds. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and some of the bathrooms also contain a bath. Some rooms have Air-conditioned temperature control and standard rooms have heaters. All rooms also have tea / coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, clock radio and SKY TV.
The Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, and the lounge bar has a fireplace and a pool table. Conference facilities are available for up to 120 people. Multi cuisine options and catering offered for events and functions.
There is a 24 hours Reception service, and a complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport. Free phones are located at the Airport terminals to connect you with this shuttle service. On site secure parking is available, and guests are free to leave their cars there while out of the country for a few days.

Great price and close to the airport. The shuttle service was efficent and we parked for free while away for 5 nights. Whole place woefully dated and in need of a major refurb. The free and convenient airport shuttle was almost the only good part of the stay. The dark and dingy bar/dining area especially would be condemned in most european hotels on environmental health grounds. Food plain and awful and many of the mostly asian staff had only a basic grasp of english making it hard to make oneself understood a lot of the time. Would not stay again.

The room was the sort you expect from a budget hotel. The place was run down. There was staff talking in the room close-by, late into the evening and we couldn't sleep. There was no shower door or curtain on the shower and with the sign not to get any water on the bathroom floor due to no drain we opted not to use the shower. The next morning we had our complimentary breakfast in a room that felt like a dungeon. It was dark and dingy. The tables had cheap plastic covers which were dirty. I had to ask for spoons as there were none available and he gave me two different types. On leaving the place and dropping off the key to our prepaid room the receptionist insisted that we pay for the room. It took him over ten minutes of checking before he was satisfied that we had prepaid. He did not want to see the email stating we had paid. As we were leaving we only received a weak apology. Will not go back.

Very handy to airport and was able to leave car there. Shuttle service was great. Rooms are basic but were fine for a night. Would recommend.
