Nice rooms clean and the free shuittle to airport was good did not have to wait long, good value and will stay again .

Accommodation was good, however we arrived on the last flight into auckland and rang for over 30 minutes to arrange a pick up from the airport without them ever answering the phone. Fortunately an airport employee took us to the motel. Very poor service!.

We stayed one night before we flew out and another night when we flew in at midnight. Both times we had a large room with good facilities and the shuttle service was very prompt to collect us. Nowhere close to eat though so take something.

Pretty much "got what you paid for" free shuttle service was good expect for the driver... He was abit of a crazy driver! .

Nice room, good rates. Even had a spare charger for my phone when i got stuck in akl with fog. Would recommend and stay again. .

Fantastic value for money, great free shuttle service to and from the airport, friendly, free wi-fi, sky tv. Very clean. Large room. Stayed two nights 9 days apart, have stayed there before and will again, great place if you have a stop over in auckland.
