A nice, clean, quiet and well run establishment. We all had a nice stay, the staff were very helpful and it was very easy to get to. Easy access to the main areas. Included breakfast consisted of fruit, sugary drink, muesli bar and a yogurt. I would not rely on it for anything substantial. Helpful staff - clean and spacious apartment with good security... However, the carpet could do with a clean. Good position within easy walking distance to ferry crossings and shopping.

The hotel was clean and tidy and the location was great, very close to city center. We paid for two bedrooms for 5 people (3 adults and 2 children) and at check in they wanted to charge an extra bed. After a short discussion they agreed to not charge for something that I had already paid.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed the facilites, cleanliness and comfort of the one bedroom executive suite. It was more than adaquate for our needs and the free breakfast was a bonus. I would highly recommend staying here. Value for money

Lovely apartment but aircon did not work and we were not informed that we had to hand over a $250.00 bond for the room before we could stay even though we had paid for the room 3 weeks earlier. The receptionist was not very helpful or accomodating. Maybe Travelbug needs to have a note for customers to let them know that a bond is required. We have always used Wotif to book but tried Travelbug this time. Useful if all info is plain to see. The morning reception was lovely and very helpful.

Great would stay there again how ever next time I would ask for a better view. i would say that you can feel pretty safe considering you are next door to the police station
