We enjoyed our stay at the quest. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and spacious. It was quiet yet we still had a view of what was happening in the city. Our only problem was that we arrived tired and late and they have no restaurant open on the weekends. Reception although friendly and welcoming, did not know who would deliver us a meal. It was a cold, wet night and we were forced to wander around looking for a restaurant at 10pm. Had a fantastic stay at the quest on queen. On arrival they upgraded us, had a great view, right in the heart of the city and amazing all round service - would definately stay again. Thanks!.

Was very satisfied with our stay. Great location, handy to everything especially the civic. Found everything to be clean and breakfast supplied was a bonus. The only thing we would comment on is the rooms need a little renovation they look a little tired. Would definitely stay again.

Great location in auckland cbd. I booked room for 2 nights. The first night, i was a flea bites. In addition to the replacement of sheet, they can't provide any help and concern. Fortunately, fleas are gone after change bedding in second day. Their stuff are very busy, so all the slow response. I'm very disappointed and angry. If i directly booked room, i will definitely ask my money back, to find another hotel.

Fantastic location is you are wishing to catch a show. Easy to find, parking, a safe easy walk to and from the civic. We would stay there again :-).

Fantastic 3 night stay!! easy walking distance to most everything and a 50cent bus ride when you're feeling a little lazy. Room was clean tidy and very well presented, staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Great stay at quest. Apartment was spacious enough and well serviced. It was a little loud at night (but it is queen street) although another couple said that their room wasn't receiving much noise. Would happily stay again. .
