I had a private studio unit, the pictures look better on the net. In real life, the hotel was a far cry from the pictures. It was disgustingly dirty, it was as if it wasn't cleaned. The kitchen was leaking, it took me an hour to cook poached eggs lol the heat on the stove was pathetic. Over all, i would never stay there again. Would not recommend. Had private studio and it was dirty. Windows did open but they were covered in mould. The shower was mouldy too. Crack in mirror in bathroom. Kitchen had a water stain painted over unsuccessfully. If it wasn't for being short on places to stay for concert on a busy weekend in auckland i would recommend elsewhere.

Very noisy and hot. Had to have windows open for freah air but then couldn't sleep due to noise. Curtains are very thin offering no privacy. Was clean though.
