Well-appointed sunny and warm holiday house containing two modern vacation rentals in Auckland. Close to all amenities with direct bus and train lines to the the city center (9 kms). Both apartments are fully furnished, and equipped with all conveniences such as stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washer, telephone, Internet, stereo, television, dvd player, fire and burglary alarm, automatic gate, etc.
The house is located in a quiet environment surrounded by high trees and a garden with trampoline, hammocks, and a sand pit. The garden is to be shared between the two apartments.
