Was not happy when they tried to make us pay twice for a room upgrade. $19 the first time to go "higher" & $55 the second for a "view". I was under the understanding that the $55 upgrade would have had the $19 included in it- that was what the travelbug email lead us to believe a few days before we arrived. The second thing was in the travelbug email it stated that parking would be $30, but was infact $35. Only small money but its the principal & all these small extra charges add up. No free wifi was disappointing. The room tired & worn...not what i wouldve expected for 5 stars.

Best hotel we've stayed at. Amazing views!! we upgraded to top floor with harbour view. Had viaduct dining 2min walk away, finished night with in room dining dessert on our balcony over looking the wharf, the cloud and city lights. Spectacular stay! wish we stayed longer .

I can see why people choose the Hilton. The staff are a cut above others very profesional and helpful. I was impressed with every aspect of the service they offered. The BEDS are second to none by far the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Great place to see the city from even on a wet day. The only issue we had was booking via Travel Bug we booked a room for three adults and were only provided with one bed. In the end that was not an issue as only two stayed. The late check out was great. I would stay again and reccommend to others.

Wold have been nice to have been notified that a cruise ship would have been docked outside our room. this spoilt a) view b) extremley noisy service was excellent

I booked this hotel for Tom and using Bookit worked well. Because this was a business trip, we did have to change the dates of travel more than once and everything went smooth on the changes.

It was a really amazing place to stay at. we were able to check in at 10am which was a bonus. we also liked that they were very informative about what was happening such as the cruise ship coming in. it was good to be informed. thank you for a wonderful time!!

Modern and clean hotel. We liked the stylish rooms with decks overlooking the harbour. Great central location and menu was fine, we had dinner and breakfast there, food was fine, but took time. Service let it down quite a lot and we did not enjoy that aspect.
