Very dissapointed with room, mould in bathroom, also in lounge by the ranch slider. Torn curtains, which need replacing,aso a good coat of paint wouldnt go astray!!! on the walls, instead of trying to patch it up. Location handy for reason of stay, inside shower tap and bathroom kitchen sink tap loose and diffcult to control flow, room not serviced prior to final night stay (4 nights stay) spa wall switch not operational (showed where to turn on/off at main switch) outside rather overgrown and neglected, otherwise the accommadation was satisfactory. .

Pictures on internet looked great arrived looked at room and decided it was not up to standard cold spa half full had a loss of water going on room needed a good clean and paint spider webs evident. Spoke to reception and he was lovely we wanted to cancel and move on however was told would be charged for the first night and had already paid online, so refund not available. Decided rather than waste money would stay the only thing it had going for it was the service and location.

Very disappointed with my room. Mould on walls and ceiling in bathroom as well as rusty light fixtures with blown light bulbs. Went to make a cup of coffee and the mugs were so stained and dirty that i went without. Used towels were not taken from the room daily. Spa pool was cold on arrival. Definately will not be staying again. I must say that receptionist was very pleasant though.

The staff were helpful, the room was clean and tidy, the spa was cold when we arrived so I would reccommend to call and ask the staff to turn it on before you arrive, it took about 1.5 to heat up which was ok because we went out for tea. When we got back the spa was awesome to come back too. The outside was a mess though, building/ renovations must be happening somewhere in the motel. We paid $130 for this room and we had stayed at the Ibis the night before for $140 with buffet breakfast but in fairness no spa at the Ibis. Over all we would stay again but only if the rooms were discounted.

I won't be staying here again. Our problems started at check-in - firstly, the receptionist couldn't find that we had prepaid, and then when family tried to check-in, they were told there was no booking for them - their booking wasn't made through travelbug but had been phoned in directly to Epsom Motor Inn - the receptionist didn't offer any solutions until another family member asked about other hotels in the area.... then, one of the units family were staying in smelled of cigarette smoke with what looked like nicotine stains in the bathroom and the smoke detector was broken apart. The rooms were nicely decorated, but there was paint chipped off in places and the bathrooms were mouldy in places. The shower was very poor with very bad water pressure and either too hot or too cold. I'm glad it was only 2 nights - and if we hadn't prepaid, I wouldn't have stayed.

When I arrived on a dismal afternoon, I was told to go their other motel in the same area. There was no mention of this at the time of booking. The 2nd motel unit was clean and okay, but rather small. We enjoyed a continental breakfast, which was included.

All well, any problem. Good bed,heater and so. Good place to stay.
