Featuring 20 spacious individual units, including studio rooms, one bedroom units and a two bedroom unit, Waves is finished to a high standard. All units feature self-contained kitchens with the latest appliances and modern spacious bathrooms, most with spa baths. An ideal place to soak off the salt after another sun filled day on beautiful Orewa Beach.
At Waves we will do everything to help make your stay with us pleasant, comfortable and memorable. From little things like a complimentary morning paper left at your door each morning, to servicing your room daily and helping with the booking of your next outing.
Waves is just a short stroll from the wide variety of Orewa's shops, cafes and restaurants. Or take a short amble along the beautiful foreshore from Waves to take in the stunning view of the bay and outlying islands. Here's a worthwhile tip - the sunrise and moonlight views from the beach are quite spectacular! Little wonder Orewa Beach is considered one of the jewels of the Hibiscus Coast. In addition, the metropolis of downtown Auckland is only a short 30 minutes drive away via State Highway 1.

Spent the weekend at waves and had an amazing time away from the city. Was more than we had expected and well worth every cent. We've already planned our next trip early next year.

We used accommodation so that Mrs could complete an assignment for her Uni study. Although we live only a few k's away it was a very nice (and all too infrequent) experience

Fantastic place to stay, rooms are a good size, beautiful and clean, host and hostess are wonderful. If you are looking for a great place to stay that is quiet, clean, and pleasant then Waves is the perfect spot. We will be back :)

We will be back. Great value...Fantastic modern room...the spa bath is superb...BUT the best thing was the customer service. We went to reception to ask them for a taxi, and the manager asked where we were going...it was a 5 min drive away, so he offered to drop us off, and did. So very impressed.

Lovely place right by the beach with friendly and helpful staff and a gorgeous, big clean room. Wish we could have stayed longer than just one night! Thank you very much Waves! Strongly recommended!

One of the best places ever stayed at- quiet, peaceful, right on a beautiful beach, nt in the middle of town so away from the noise, but a 8-10 minute walk from everything, the wireless for my work was execellent - all in all 12 out of ten! Def want to stay again :)

We couldn't imagine a nicer place to spend a night away from the kids. Quiet, comfortable, close to the charms of Orewa, and with the beach virtually on the doorstep, it was a lovely weekend. Very clean, good value - all in all a very pleasant experience.
