2 Studio apartments,self contained stand-alone, with lovely individual sunny,private courtyards, 1super kingsize bed, with en-suite and some cooking facilities, and 1 smaller apartment with kingsize bed, with en-suite. Easy walking distance to Oneroa Village, cafes and short walk to gorgeous beaches. Close to Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards. Bus stop few yards away. Quiet location, private, peaceful and great for romantic break, honeymoon, couple wanting a quiet escape but convenience to beaches and facilities of the village closeby.

Great place to stay for a short stay (its a bit on the small side for more then 1 or 2 nites). Positives, its well positioned, well priced with a lovely host. We had a great time and would definately return. 5DAVID COMANS - Apr 4, 2013 Travelbug verified review

Had a lovely stay in the smaller room, everything was very clean and jilly the host was lovely and very helpful, the kingsize bed was excellent, the most comfortable bed i've slept in for ages while away. We enjoyed our stay very much. Many thanks jilly. Randal and sonia.

Smaller studio: Jilly was very friendly & kindly offered to send us a SMS to let us know once our room was available. This allowed us an early check-in to drop off our bags, iron our shirts dry (since it was raining heavily) & head off to our lunch. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the location is an easy walk into Oneroa, and a bus stop to/from the Matiatia ferry. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic accommodation. Extremely clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to Oneroa township. Top notch. Thankyou so much Jilly for your friendly hospitality. We will definitely look up The Courtyard first when considering a holiday on Waiheke.

We stayed last weekend (29-30 October) and had a wonderful weekend. The Courtyard is the perfect accomodation - good size, clean, lovely courtyard and great host. We would highly recommend to anyone. Will definately be back!

I very much enjoyed my one night stay at The Courtyard and found Jilly to be friendly and helpful. It's an easy five minute walk into Oneroa and close to the ferry bus-stop. Although Waiheke is usually an island paradise, this time around, the weather was truely bad, hurricane type winds and driving rain. Just my luck. The cottage however was cosy and walm. Hope to return to The Courtyard.

Perfect guest to have in a storm, I even convinced him to brave the elements and walk up to the village for a Thai meal! Thanks Mark, Australians always super guests.
