WAIHEKE SAFARI is a wonderful, one-bedroom apartment in a close-to-town, private yet prime location. It is on the ground level of a private home, with its own separate entrance. There is driveway space for one car...no stairs or difficult climb. You will be within walking distance of a west-facing, private swimming beach. Beach towels, cooler, thermoses and a backpack are provided. The bedroom has an American-size Queen bed with all-cotton sheets and double sliding door closet. The bathroom features a large, walk-in, tiled shower and heater for your towels which are also provided. The full-size kitchen has an all-electric cooktop and oven plus toaster, coffee-maker, electric hot water kettle, a refrigerator/freezer, all necessary utensils & cookware. The kitchen opens up into the living area that welcomes you with a huge, comfy, leopard-print sleeper sofa...queen-size when open, yet plenty large enough for one with just the pillows removed! The glass-topped dining table seats 4. Laundry facilities are available with 5 nights or longer stays. Wi-fi is available for your computer. There is a flat screen HD TV with MySky TV featuring Pause & Record capabilites, DVD player and selection of movies, games, and CDs.
