The Terraces can offer you luxurious and affordable apartment-style accommodation, right across the road from the beach. The apartments are fully self-contained with your own balconies to enjoy the views.
We are handy to the Bayfair Shopping Complex for all your shopping needs and Bay Wave swimming complex. It's a 700m stroll down Girven Rd. 10-minute drive to Tauranga city shopping and CBD.
The Terraces at Ocean Beach offers superior accommodation only 150m from the beach. We have 22 apartments of 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms that can be rented as 1, 2, or 3-bedroom units. They are on 3 levels (as pictured) with balconies on the middle and top floors.
The bottom floor has a third bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It also has its own laundry and a single lock-up garage.
We also have a community area with BBQ facilities available for your enjoyment, under a large pohutukawa tree.

Didn't seem happy we had book through this web site? not very friendly & unit was very hot and stuffy when we arrived so had to leave doors open hence very noisy location with busy road. Wonderful location and well apppointed and clean. Only drawback was that the units weren't serviced each day, so we ran out of tea, coffee and toilet rolls. Didn't have access to downstairs room initially but was opened once we were able to locate a staff member. Well worth staying there, though and would certainly do it again.

The unit is in a perfect location and the layout of the unit is great however the unit is unliveable filthy. I can therefore not recommend these units to anyone. Over and above the filthyness the furniture in the lounge is unuseable because the springs push through the material of the coach cushions.

Had good memories of my stay; thus went back. not disappointed. great beach just across. could've been better though, if we were given refills of consummables, but weren't (even after we asked for them)...

Nice and Spacious apartments but were very dirty and Smelt terrible, Seems to be cracks everywhere as though it has been leaking... Would not stay here again.

Good motel in good location. Very roomy and surprsingly quiet. Good facilities. Have stayed there on more than one occasion. Recommended.
