We are the perfect place if you are an independent traveller wanting more for your money. Seagulls is the genuine "flashpacker" accommodation that is located in a quiet street and an easy walk to the beaches and shops. Our 14 bedroom guesthouse offers your own double or twin room with either en suite or shared bathroom,our self-contained family room or triple share room. Leave the noisy hostels behind, enjoy a comfortable bed, white fluffy towels, WiFi and free tea and coffee.
Have a bigger group or family? Try our self-contained newly renovated 2 bedroom flats situated right next door.
A large fully equipped communal kitchen means you can have the convenience of self-catering for all your meals, or we can offer you a 'Seagulls' continental breakfast. The bright and airy dining room is suitable for quiet meals or the larger group and team catering.
Seagulls is located in a quiet side street opposite Blake Park's sporting facilities and is ideally situated for sports teams. The complex is only 1km to downtown Mount, its restaurants and an easy stroll to all beaches. Bicycles are available for hire to see the local sights

Fantastic! clean, tidy and just what we needed. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We had a great stay, car parking and workout in the sports park across the park, all facilities were perfect and lovely big open plan kitchen diner for food prep and eating. Clean & immaculate, great facilities-lounge kitchen & outside areas to relax in. It rained most of the Easter weekend & we relaxed on the great sofa's in the lounge, really enjoyed our stay. Friendly & helpful proprietors-highly recommended.

Lovely little place, and yes quite the discovery. A cheap and comfortable place to stay with 5 star service. With a lot less noise than previous budget accommodation we have stayed at. Thanks very much.

What a discovery. Usually we steer clear of budget accomodation but having become tired of the price required to be paid for what is essentually a bed and bathroom we took the plunge. Seagulls offers an affordable price and is central, quiet, and spotlessly clean to boot. The mangement is superb - friendly and efficient.
