This conveniently located hotel is only 5 minutes from great shopping and close to a wonderful array of local activities. We are big enough to offer all the facilities you need, but small enough to keep it personal.

Mmm, We expected more from this hotel. The room we stayed in was quite dated, however it was very clean & the beds were comfortable. When we checked out at about 9am the next morning the staff were polite, but the receptionist would have been more presentable if she had looked as though she cared- that "just out of bed" look is not good enough for front line staff

Room clean and tidy, some of the decor abit dated. When we were checking in, we witnessed one of the "Mature" Receptionists dealing with two Quake victims checking out. This staff member was extremely rude and completely insensitive towards this couple. Her whole demeanor came across as nasty and uncaring, not what you would expect from front line Reception staff. The next morning when we were checking out we encountered first hand a similar situation from a back room "Mature" staff member. Maybe these ladies should have more training in customer service and remember they are not in the "HOSTILE INDUSTRY" but in the "Hospitality Industry"!!
