The friendliness and assistance of the staff was well noted, on arrival, during our stay and when leaving. Our Unit was clean, comfortable although a little dated. The outside of the Costwold is just delightful, giving you the feeling of being in a English Village. We would consider our stay of good value.

Large rooms and quiet. Very spacious in all areas and well equipped.TV's in both bedrooms avoided a dispute over rooms. Excellent reception service that made the stay pleasant.

The apartment was well presented. It was clean and spacious. The bedroom had a queen sized bed which was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accomodating when called upon. The hotel is central within easy walking distance to shopping areas. A more comfortable sofa would have been much appreciated.

Nice comfortable 2 bedroom queen unit. However, would have prefered the 2nd bedroom to have been screened off from the bathroom to maintain privacy.
