  • Excellent hosts; informative, polite, entertaining. Good breakfast, comfortable bed and great setting with views to distant snow capped mountains. Our hosts informed us of the local walks and drives, one being Clarence Valley with the road leading to Molesworth Station. This turned out to be the highlight of our trip to the Canterbury, but we wouldn't have known about it if our host had not told us. It was fun to talk to two other guests who had local knowledge on Canterbury. We felt our experience was richer for the interaction. I would stay there again. 5
