As with all top-rated places, Cheltenham house succeeds because of its hosts. Maree and Len were so lovely and took the time to get to know us. It was our honeymoon so we wanted the 5 day break to be special, and it was: relaxation at the pools, yummy breakfasts and generous servings of wine every night! Great room, very friendly owners, social wine with guests in the evening and the BEST breakfast ever!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a cosy place to base themselves while exploring the beautiful Hanmer area.

In-room breakfast was a real treat, and we enjoyed the billiard room. Really appreciated being treated to pre-dinner glasses of wine and lovely hospitality. Highly recommended!
