Austin Heights is only a five minute drive from the town center. Central to all local attractions and Marine life. The whale watching, Dolphin & Seal swimming, the Seal Colony, A 10 minute walk to the beach, or 15 minutes to the start of the stunning Peninsula Coastal walkway.
