Self contained 100 year old traditional farm cottage, sleeps up to 6 (+ baby), in 2 bedrooms. Separate entrance with parking for up to five cars. Includes cosy log burner & two leather sofas in lounge, fully equiped self catering kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, 2 double beds, 3 singles and a cot.

A lovely experience. We were a party of 4 adults but we all enjoyed the farm animals and being able to feed them. 2 from London so lots of fun for them, and the sheep trying to come into the house. All very clean and had the impression the owners wanted us to ahve a good experience. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Our girls loved all the interaction with the friendly farm animals and being part of the farm chores. The cottage is comfortable.We loved the fire place and the kids spent the evenings in front of it watching movies from the good collection of DVD's. Kitchen was adequate but there are no laundry facilities. 5/10 min drive from town. This is definetly for families with young kids. We will visit again if we are in NZ.

Ya it was a different experience ....my 2 yr old daughter loved being amongst d ducks ponies n lamas .....we loved d warm wood fire in d cottage ...it was a really nice time ...

Lovely little cottage, just a stones throw from town, well equipped, host was very friendly and helpful, they even supplied us complimentary eggs fresh from the farm along with a choice of two breakfast cereals and milk and bread. Free entry to the farm park was an added bonus, as was having access to the morning feeding of the animals. We even had our own two ponies wandering around the cottage, along with a crazy goose that greeted us at the door every morning!

Lovely quaint cottage, loved the free range eggs and home made preserves on arrival, and the friendly staff member Kate at the farm park, she really made us feel welcome and wanted.

The cottage is basic, not posh, but everything works and it was lovely and warm, perfect for a family stay. We were able to cook for ourselves and have a very relaxed evening watching DVDs etc. The kids enjoyed the fenced yard, the toys and we all had a good sleep. The kids had a great time feeding the animals and riding the pony in the morning. Happy to recommend.

We had a lovely family break, our two preschoolers thoroughly enjoyed being around all the animals.
