Falinge is a modern home situated on one acre with many trees and a private walled garden to enjoy. We are over the road from the Canterbury Cricket grounds with the Ashley River picnic area, Golf Course and Showgrounds just around the corner.
Your hosts are Paul and Jenifer Mclachlan and we welcome you to our home. Paul is a keen cyclist and runs a cycle ride business that caters to serious cyclists who expect high quality equipment with scenic as well as demanding cycle routes www.cycleride.net
The guest accommodation is upstairs and separate from our living area. It has a private lounge with television and dvd player and in warmer weather the French doors open out onto a balcony. The kitchenette has tea and coffee making facilities and is set up with all your needs for breakfast. It is self-service so there is no pressure to get up early at a predetermined time.
We are ideally positioned for all of Rangiora's amenities, but still have a semi-rural aspect with a 'country feel'

Great place to stay, very modern, comfortable and i would highly recommend this place.

I stayed two nights and each night arriving late, there was a nice warm fire burning in my room. The room was well appointed the bed very comfortable and my hosts catered for my few requests easily and even left me with a wine glass without being asked having seen a wine bottle in the fridge. The shower was hot and strong which was a bonus. Thoroughly recommended.

We stayed for two nights here. We were NOT disappointed. The room was modern, extremely spacious, beautifully set out, warm (especially due to the fireplace...mmmm... toasty) and cozy. Our hosts were absolutely lovely. Next time we're in Rangiora, we do intend to stay here again. Wonderfully excellent experience. Who needs a grimy 5 star hotel/motel when you have a 10 star bed and breakfast!!!
