  • Very handy and clean but the noise.....the trains, motorway and the water feature made it a very uncomfortable stay. Would probably not stay again for those reasons only. Staff friendly. 1

  • Very basic - needs tidying up a bit - the tile missing in the bathroom was most unsightly. Bed not too comfortable and we didn't sleep too well due to the noise of the spa cutting in and out all night. (Definately not worth the extra we paid for it). Good location although we would probably try somewhere different next time. 5

  • Average, expensive for what it was. Leaky bath, room standard was not up to what I would expect for the money. Luxury spa room, was far from it. Will stick to hotels in the future, normally cheaper and higher standards. 1

  • Firstly I phoned the Ascot Epsom Motel to enquire about a cost for an extra person, and I said can I just book direct over the phone?. The answer was NO because I only had a Visa Debit Card,which they DO NOT accept. Ok so I booked through Travel Bug. On my arrival at check in I was asked for a credit card which I did not have one. Their answer was thats ok we can accept your Visa Debit Card as security or $100 cash. Nobody told me of this when making the booking, She pointed at a sign on the desk and said its our policy,How I was supposed to see that from home I dont know????. Also noisy students living there. 1

  • We had a great stay at the Ascot Epsom Motel. The owners and staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was very nice and tidy. The fact that they supplied a highchair and cot was excellent it made things so much easier for us. Also very helpful in letting us know where the closest shopping area was. A great stay will deffinetly visit again. 5

  • It was the second time we satyed there and are already booked for next week,it's a reasonable room for a good price,clean and comfertable with everything we needed for the stay,close to city centre too.The only thing I would comment on is the shower seems small but all good :o) 5

  • It was OK but I need to point out a few things: - Walls could do with a good clean. It had some splatters on some areas. - Spa bath was different from the one pictured on website (much worse). - Spa bath was also bit gross as had chunks of hair in the drain hole. - Mattress was extremely soft and a bit unconfortable. The room could do with a little sink outside the bathroom. Using the bathroom sink to fill up the hot water jug is a bit gross! Thanks 5

  • Thanks for your feedback. We appreciate your concerns and will take steps to improve. Spa bath is exactly the same as the one pictured on website. The photographs are recent taken only 4 months ago.
