This apartment is presented as a non-waterfront unit obviously without seaview.If this is what was required a seaview unit should have been booked.Had you brought your disatisfaction to our attention we would moved you to top floor accommodation with or without a seaview at the same cost.For future reference Bayview Motel is undergoing refurbishment which will be complete by mid May 2013.Bayview Motel

Great location, but that is all we can say about this motel. As Paihia has many accommodation choices we recommend you look somewhere else.
