I had a huge room and my bed was soft. Clean sheets makes for a lovely nights sleep...sorry didn't talk to staff except when i was checking in but nice though. If good cheap accommodation is what your looking for, forty winks is it!!!!! cheers forty winks. 5

Enjoyed the homely atmosphere and would stay again. One suggestion- a mirror in the bedroom would have been helpful-saves the hassle for ladies who have to do their hair and put on make-up in the shared bathroom area. 5

Nice place to stay, clean and friendly enviroment. Free wireless was a big plus. Unfortunatey the $8 breakfast did not exist. 5

Thumbs up for integrity and customer service. Had booked myself and my 10yr old twins in for 2 nights but had to cancel the second night. Unfortunately the room was cold (middle of winter) and the TV reception was very poor. After raising concerns with them they immediately offered a genuine apology and full refund. Good honest budget accommodation with shared facilities. 5

Arrived 24 hours early with my husband, although my booking was for just me. Was welcomed and the room i had booked was available for the extra night. Very comfortable, and Kim and Edith were very helpful and lovely. Will probably stay again next time I am in Hamilton. 5
