Handy location we parked and walked about for the time there the rooms where good size lots of space for the bags nice rooms and free wifi which was nice as many place charge you for this good breakfast and help full staff friendly also as we checked in during the game but still nice enough to help us carry the bags in you will like the house lots of charcter and washing machine to get caught up on this bur it walkable too town which is handy so you don't have to pay for parking 5JOHN RYAN - Nov 4, 2011 Travelbug verified review

We were blown away at the fantastic standard of rooms!!! And the bathrooms were amazing, and HUGE. Would highly recommend and will use again. Location right in town, with off st car park. Perfect. (Only small prob was that only 1 light bulb worked in our queen room bathroom, and none in the king room bathroom, so that was a bit dark in the night!!) If you would like a good night's sleep I cannot recommend this B&B. I had the single room and the bed was VERY uncomfortable, the walls were very thin and when I went to the shared loo in the middle of the night, the B&B cat snuck into my room only to scratch me later in the night, much to my surprise not even knowing he was in the room! Set on one of Dunedin's hills in a quiet area of the city I enjoyed my short stay due to the hospitality of the young people who worked there.
