Awesome stay in a family suite. There were 6 of us so this was perfect, the family suite consisted of 2 interconnecting rooms with a lounge and little kitchenette. Friendly staff, pick up and drop off to airport was quick and easy, room was modern with large bathroom and bath (as requested). Would definitely stay again. Lovely hotel, they did have our booking date wrong but was easily fixed. Shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent and all the staff were very kind and helpful. Good shuttle - 20 mins after i called from airport. Checkin very smooth and quick, they took an imprint of my debit card, and good directions to the lift and which floor and the way to the room. Room very comfortable - key card activated lights etc. Nice tv, shower excellent, although water overflowed across bathroom floor. Comfy bed, tea and coffee selection and ease of making very good. This place is terrific! very friendly, helpful staff. Prompt pick-up from the airport and reliable, scheduled return to the airport--no problem making our flight. Clean, comfortable room and facilities. Free secure car parking while we were away was a huge bonus: this alone covered what we paid for the overnight stay, as it would have cost us about the same just to park the car elsewhere. What a great hotel,clean friendly and convenient.We ate at the hotel restaurant which was excellent and service fantastic. The only comment for maybe the future is we ordered a wake up call and never heard it, possibly because the ring tone on phone had been turned down. Maybe there could be a small reminder for clients to check the phone or tell clients at check-in. Have stayed there 5 times and everything has always been excellent. Staff are one of the most polite and friendly then most of the hotels - including other countries. Leaving the car in the parking lot is a definite bonus as well. Bed and room are very clean and comfortable. Modern bustling clean hotel especially when all the transit guests are arriving and leaving. (It seems transit guests are kept apart from long term guests) Can get a bit noisy especially when your room is directly over the main entrance! Great hotel - friendly staff and awesome rooms. We stayed in the $175 a night rooms. Food was okay in resturant - great for hangovers tho! Consierge was AMAZING and so was the shuttle service.
