  • Owners friendly and helpful, unit warm with large radiator heaters along the walls and thermal heated swimming pool great fun! reasonably priced considering great central location. Noisy people in next-door unit until 3am first night but they had thankfully gone by the 2nd night. Will definitely stay again!. 5

  • Good service and helpful. It was reasonably noisy but any motel on a busy road will get a bit of that - plus the pipes and pumps for the spas. Pillows were really high but the bed was great. Should provide some pillow alternatives. Otherwise great value. 5

  • For the price I paid, this place was value for money. It was comfortable, the owners were helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the mineral and spa pools. It may be a little older than other accommodation but it has an advantage of having mineral pools free to use for customers. I would stay here again. 5

  • Brilliant location. The rooms were very clean, the service provided at the front desk was great. The cost for the 2 bedrooms was cheap by our expectations, and the warm pool and the hot spas were a pleasurable bonus. We intend to return, and are very happy to recommend this motel to other families. 5

  • The place is family owned/operated. I would rate this place as AAA++ Bed was clean, cosy. The managers were friendly. The internet was free and the shower facility was excellent. It was one of best motel experience in NZ. I would definitely visit again. 5
