For us it was the perfect choice...we were out and about from early morning til 9ish at night... Perfect for a comfy place to put our heads down at night. Warm. Neat. Everything we needed and close to where we needed to get to! will definately come again. Hi there, to start on a good note, the customer service was great and the comfort of the bed was wonderful. But in regards to cleaniness we give the thumbs down, cups still had stuck on hot chocolate(?), i couldnt get over the shower curtain having so much mold on it, these are things that can easily be cleaned or changed. The price was right but some maintenence is needed the wall lights were hanging off the wall.the door could not be locked and i had to ask the bar staff how to lock it,this required a pushing and twisting to do it. I was disturbed the following morning to hear that the room next to us had a intruder at 3.00am, his key fitted theirs and his door. Thanks to Mr wilson for his feedback. The wall light has already been replaced. The lock on his door is new but obviously needs adjustment -A locksmith has already been instructed to call and either adjust or replace.The locksmith has also been instructed to check all locks and keys as all rooms have their own individual locks and keys.
