  • I highly recommend this hotel. Not many hotel units can accommodate a family of 4 and have a well equipped kitchen, even a washer & dryer in the unit. Staff could not have been more helpful. Stunning views from our unit and superb location. This would be at the top of our list if we were looking to stay in auckland again. 5

  • Very friendly staff, nice clean and comfotable room, unfortunately shower was leaking through bedroom wall on to carpet. (room looked like it had been upgraded and shower was not sealed properly plumber oopsie i think). We would definately stay again. 5

  • As a secret sale destination, we were very pleased with this venue. Clean and tidy rooms - although the old motel units were a little "quirky" the rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Staff all helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay again and recommend. 5

  • Fantatsic place to stay but what really makes this place is the amazing staff. Nothing was a problem and I was just treated like someone that stayed on a regular basis even though I had never stayed before. Restaurant on site well the food was to die for and service once again was fantastic. Room was spotlessly clean. Well done to management for leading such a great team. 5

  • We were very happy with the size and presentation of our apartment-which catered for a family with 3 kids! The view was quite spectacular & the staff very welcoming. I highly recommend the Gladstone restaurant! The hotel is very convenient to everything, even to walk around with 3 children! I recommend staying here. 5

  • Room was satisfactory. No disabled car park near reception or near the lift to floors 2 & above. If you are a light sleeper, you might find this noisy as people walk/talk/drag luggage along the concrete verandah running along the front of the rooms and back of the rooms face onto the other carpark, so you definately hear people arriving and departing in the wee small hours. Restaurant was very pleasant, well priced and food was great. mid-range price was expected as we were booking late... but 5

  • Was an OK stay. Clean enough. Thought a 2-bedroom unit would literally be two bedrooms. It was actually one bedroom and the second was an alcove off the lounge. Not even a curtain for privacy! So make sure you check this before you book. Also no parking available on the premises, so we were directed to park across the street. 1

  • We were so impressed with everything about this place. Room was spacious & clean, & with a great view. We had dinner at the Restaurant, and the food was the best meal I have had in a very long time.So I would highly recommend you eat there when you stay.You wont be disappointed.
