  • Check in was quick easy and efficient………. Receptionist was very help fully even offered to help carry my bags ! room presented reasonably well, upon closer inspection seat duvet carpet had stains……. Tolerable….. However next morning blew it for me ! no hot water for shower ! upon check out another person on reception was too busy on their mobile phone to even respond to my question about no hot water ! "the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten" . 1

  • Motel was picked because of proximity to the reason for travelling there. Stayed two nights, facilities were clean and tidy and staff very friendly and helpful. Unit was a bit noisy at night (traffic) but overall for this price good value for money. Would use again. 5

  • Great price $74.00 and in a good locaton. Would stay again, however at the time of booking we did request a unit at the back and they gave us a unit at the front so very noisy being right next to main road. But great value for money and would recommend. 5

  • Stayed one night in Auckland and wanted somewhere cheap - clean and tidy motel for the price. Thought it would be noisy being on Gt South Rd but surprisingly quiet. Only negative was the curtains could do with updating - they let in a lot of light. 5

  • We stayed three nights and it is definitely a budget hotel. The rooms are a bit tired looking and the stove in the kitchen could do with a good clean. However, the one-bedroom unit we had was spacious and comfortable with curtains that were nice and dark block-out ones and all the appliances were brand new so the owners are trying to spruce this motel up. We had a front unit which was a bit noisy with busy road traffic. But, it is definitely value for money and at the low price and I would stay there again. 5

  • Dear Andy, Our sincere apologies for the discomfort you faced in our motel. As per our contract with pest control company, they come and treat all our carpets once in every month. There is a guest staying in that room at this moment, we went to check with him whether he facing the same problem, but he seemed okay, and he also extended his stay one more night. Once he checks out from the room, we make sure the room is treated well again. We request you to stay with us again, so that we make sure you won't face such problems again.

  • Best value for your coin in aucklnd, rooms are old but clean, 15min max to auck cdb and manukau city, warriors home ground just a stones throw, supermarket and fast foods near by, plenty of parking and public transport at the door, i could go on but might give the guys swollen heads hahaha....na the staff are great, so give it a go people 5

  • You do get what you pay for the room was clean but the shower and hand sink not clean and needing replacing at 6.45am most mornings a skip truck would stop outside the rooms goood staff and service of the room was great This reminds me I most not stay at places like this again 1

  • Our sincere apologies for your discomfort. We recently had renovations in most our rooms, but as we're having high traffic with rugby world cup, we unable to offer a renovated room. Now on the skip truck comes only on Monday's after 8 am or at 3.30 pm

  • Stayed 2 nights on upstairs. perhaps renovation at that time. lots of broken glass on the stairs, out of working telephone, no soap and cloth hangers. annoying squeaking sound at floor. construction rubbish on the back yard. wouldn't recommend stay this motel. 1
