A very pleasant experience on my 2 night stay, peaceful, warm room with everything i need in place for the family. Communal kitchen is great if you have something to cook on large gas stoves and helps of utensils, reasonable wireless charges with good access. A very pleasant 2 night stay. Nice and quiet. (i think we were the only ones in our wing!) bed was comfortable. The only recommendation would be a few more kitchen utensils other than the standard knives and forks. A small sharp knife would be good just to cut up an apple or tomato perhaps without having to take a trip to the kitchen. After reading some of your reviews i am amased. My partner and i have spent a lot of time in queenstown over the years and this place is a shocker, it is over priced for what it is;no room service for the three days we were there. The bed was two singles pushed together and the breakfast was very lite too say the leasted. Everything was nice. Would recommend installing locks on the bathroom doors. The only other thing was the weird wiring for the bathroom light,fan, heater. Had to either it all on or wired combinations to get anything to work. We did enjoy our stay however and found reception very helpful and pleasant. Good value for money. Wet bath as in no shower box or bath tub. Was fine except the outlet was a bit blocked. Reception was helpful. Good value for money in otherwise pricey Queenstown. Would stay again. Ah, the bed cover could do with a clen, it has some stains........house keeping can actually improve.
