  • We had a great stay on saturday the 19th of january. Reception staff on saturday and sunday were both fantastic. We loved the space and facilities in the apartment. We had a great view from our balconies. We are planning a return visit!. 5

  • Had a 2 bedroom unit which was very nice but a lift that does not work or is not for customers bad news and the views are not good from this side of the building. For this price i expect better and service below expectations will not be back. 1

  • Had a fantastic honeymoon in paihia, and the waterfront suites were perfect, so secure, close to all shops and will return again. Only down fall is that the pool was a bit cool, and the driveway was very steep to drive down into carpark, and blind coming out, maybe a mirror would help? but took it very slow. . 5

  • We ended up staying at the apartment an extra day, we arrived a day early, the lady that looked after us was very accomodating and gave us exceptional service during our stay. The apartment was fantastic, great layout, great view, everything we could of wanted, the family and I loved our stay and will definately be returning. My only suggestion would be to have the pool heated as this would of been great during winter. 5

  • Lovely place to stay, enough room to spread out ( two couples). Every apartment had a water view and all had privacy from their balconies. Great wardrobe space, if you are staying for awhile. 5

  • Overall we were happy with the suite, it was well appointed and furnished and the location of Waterfront Suites is good. However there was an instance where our bag of food & provisions neatly placed on the kitchen island table was taken away by the cleaners and upon follow up with the front desk, the missing bag was located in the basement - this was disappointing. One other comment would be that paper kitchen towels should be provided. 4

  • Excellent location and place. We booked only for a night but ended up extending it for a further two nights. Beautiful views and right in the heart of all the activities. Even complimentary underground secure parking as well. The best of the location we've had in our entire 9 day journey through north island. 5

  • We did not require room serviced daily, and on a particular day we requested (by using sign on door) not to be disturbed. We went out for a coffee and when we returned they had ignored sign and made up the room. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PUTTING THIS SIGN ON DOOR. 4

  • Very good place to stay but expensive. Clean, modern and well equipped. Stayed for 3 nights and didn't see any servicing during that time. Well placed in Piahia, some with good views to the Islands but ours sadly did not. View of brick walls! Overall would recommend but would look for alternative, bach-like stay first 5

  • Overall a very nice place to stay and can't beat the location within walking distance of Paihia restaurants and activities. The apartments are very well appointed, spacious, clean and comfortable. We were surprised with a free upgrade to a larger apartment. Because it was winter the pool was empty and a bit green - would have been nice if heated for guests. Had a great stay though, thanks. 5

  • The Waterfront Suite was a great place to stay and everything was extremely nice. However the fight with being overcharged was not good and left us with a sour taste. Also the publicity information on the web that says all suites have a view of the water is not correct and if we had known it on enquiry we would not have booked. They are being falsely advertised and needs correcting or should be reported to the Commerce Commision. 4

  • Very very Nice!! Its a service apartment but its the best one i have stayed in. I strongly recommend it if you are staying for the weekend or more. Its got everything but i like their attention to detail; the heated tower rail, washing machine and dryer, individual heaters for the bed, 2 TVs, etc ... They are twinned to the next door restaurant, SALT, which has been reviewed and serves delicious food, residency assures you of a complimentary drink during your lunch or dinner (ask reception for coupon). But be careful the reception shuts early around 8pm i think, latecomers will have to sleep in their cars. Drivers note that you have to stop in front of the building at the shoulder, register and get your parking pass card then do a sharp u turn back to get into the basement carpark. 5

  • Nice place, but no lift to the top suites, you had to carry bags up three levels, not great when there was four of us, including two guests from overseas with only the big suitcases. The deck was too small to fit us all in comfortably, and no view from back 2 bedroom apartments - you have to stretch over the side of balcony to see. 1
