We were really impressed with our room and location. Very comfortable. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. We had breakfast delivered to our room at no extra cost and it was on time and delicious. Highly recommend staying. We had 2 nights at this Motel, what a great place, large studio room with kitchenette and huge bathroom. I was so impressed with how exceptionally clean the room was and the staff very courteous. Just over the road from the wharf and a quick walk to town. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this Motel to others. GREAT PLACE TO STAY. NEAR WHAKATANE HEADS AND CITY CENTER. ROOMS BIG AND CLEAN. GREAT SERVICE. WILL SATY HERE AGAIN IF TRAVELLING TO BAY OF PLENTY. Its a motel / service apartment with Qualmark status. Clean, simple with heater lamps in the toilet so you can keep warm after showering. The window and door opens out to a common corridor so be careful and it can be a bit noisy, parking is limited but the food is good. The reception also houses a tour desk and they specialise in organizing trips to White Island (seems like they are the pioneer tour operators to the island).
