Room wasn't serviced while we were away during the day so had to use old towels again at night, rubbish wasn't cleared away and the bed wasn't made either. Hi Zach, so sorry to hear that you feel your stay was not enjoyable for you. I phoned you and explained that I had an appointment and could not be here to check you in. You seemed quit happy to check yourself in. The next day when you went out , I noticed you had pulled the curtains closed. That usually means you want privacy. We appreciate your privacy so did not enter your room. When I saw you return, I bought your fresh towels over and knocked on your door. I got no reply. I returned one hour later, but still got no reply. The next day when you checked out, I saw you drive away. What a shame we never meet.I could have had a chance to right the wrong you felt we had done. Apart from not being here when you arrived, I was here the whole time of your stay.It sounds like a little communication would have made your stay more enjoyable.Coromandel Paradise Lodge

Lovely & clean accommodation the thing that was missing during our stay was we were not offered clean towels or for the room to be serviced.. Our stay was for two nights/ 3 days.

Immaculately clean. Lovely big rooms, very relaxing and peaceful. Few minutes walk to town which was essential for us. Definitely would recommend it.
