Built as a fully self contained one bedroom flat, our apartment has 4 rooms plus its own private leafy courtyard with a six burner BBQ.
It is fully equipped down to its own dishwasher, full sizes gas -electric oven, microwave, fridge.
Sky BYO card satellite TV, a mini stereo, and full cooking and cutlery, and crockery.
We offer a continental style breakfast tray the evening before - then you can awaken at your leisure to begin your day.
We are on the Pauanui residential Waterways canal, so offer jetty facilities even a fish or two off our jetty.
Tie up your boat.
Swimming is permitted.
Extensive canalside seating and sun lounging is available to guests.
Our apartment is very quite clean modern and comfortable an ideal rest full home away from home.
There is just the one unit so bookings are essential.
