  • Exceeded expectations! Such a gorgeous cabin, perfect size for a family of four, clean, sunny, cheerful, everything we could possibly have wanted. Great little kitchen with everything necessary. The cabin was even very cosy on a chilly morning. And the playground - wow! Our kids keep talking about it and they can't wait to go there again and neither can we. Friendly helpful lady who runs it, too. It was a memorable and very happy stay. We will unquestionably be going back there, perhaps with a tent in the summer and to the cabin for a cooler-weather stay. And we'll stay for longer next time. 5

  • Enjoyed our stay in the Edelweiss cottage. Appreciated the upgrade from Cottage Tui at no extra cost. Suggest providing swatter for flies and mosquitoes at night. Thank you! 4

  • Bathroom floor slippery when wet, including showers, but cleaned regularly. Pool nice temp loungers or seating in pool area would be nice. 3

  • The unit was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, contained all the necessary bits and pieces and had a little verandah where we enjoyed eating our meals. Children would love the playground areas; there are lots of fun outdoor activities to keep them entertained. We wish we could have stayed longer! 4

  • Stayed in a lovely cabin which was private, clean and very comfortable. A great little deck at the front that faced the mountain. Perfect for what I needed. 5

  • Beautiful place to stay. However it was really noisy at night time and in the morning, so many loud birds, I would prefer to camp away from the road and trees. Did not realise BBQ cost extra, but that's ok. There was a dirty toilet but it got quickly cleaned, very impressed. Next time I would donate oil, salt, and a herb garden (like Miranda Hot Pools) so kitchen experience is better. 4

  • Thank you Lucy for your comments. I will pass your comments on to our cleaning staff who take great pride in keeping our facilities hygienic for guests. I am sorry that the bird life from our trees was a nuisance for you. Good idea about oil and salt, we will certainly make an essential supply corner in our kitchen, starting tomorrow!

  • Really enjoyed our stay. Cottage had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and the grounds & facilities were well maintained. Only slight downside was the traffic noise from the highway. 5
