* Non serviced motels.A change of linen can be arranged for long stays & should
be discussed at check in.
* Free WIFI - 50MB with each booking

Our office is located at 6 Bongard Rd which is around the corner.The office is closed at approx. 8pm. Please make arrangements for any late arrival.

Good location, easy access to town, easy to park at rear. Beds are a bit soft, sinking in the centre.

Arrived to discover the unit we had booked had been given to someone else. Owner could not confirm he had received our booking from Travelbug.Offered us a cabin in his camping ground or another room next to the road. Room was clean, well presened, comfortable but disappointed our original booking was not honoured.

I explained to Brendan that unfortunately one of the staff let the motel unit without checking to see whether there was an internet reservation on it,I offered him an upgrade into our cottage next door but he chose to take one of the available motels.

Neat place to stay, clean and functional. We were late arriving and the manager met us with the key. :-) Great!

Well we arrived and the check in point was at the camp ground around the road (which does not say when you book online) and when we got there the owner or manager just gave us the key and didnt even check the paper work to see if we where the right people that booked the cabin and gave us the key and said just leave it in the room when you leave, was not bad to stay in but not what we thought it was(Like looking out to the beach), ok for $95 a night.

The motels are advertised as being across the road from the beach, nowhere does it say that beach views are included.For twice the price you are guaranteed beach views at the Mercury Bay Beach Resort.

Was ok except the summer bugs ie ants,sand flea, criket in the bed etc.Nice location holiday spot.
