Blue Water is a family run boutique motel situated across the road from beautiful Buffalo Beach with the township, wharf, marina and restaurants a three minute stroll away.
Our units are self contained with the upstairs units having sea views. Our studio unit and one bedroom unit has an interconnecting door which, when travelling with extended family or two couples, will give you two bedroom with two bathrooms but you also have privacy if you wish. We have two two bedroom units on the ground floor, one will accommodate 4 people and the other will accommodate 6 people. We have a one bedroom ground floor unit which will accommodate 2 people.
Blue Water is conveniently situated to enjoy long walks on the beach or a wander into town and all restaurants and amenities without having to use your car. The Lost Spring, Whitianga's beautiful Day Spa is a short walk away.

Very friendly welcoming host. The studio unit was definitely compact, hardly room to walk around the bed and as long as you didn't mind getting down on your hands and knees to find the kitchen cutlery and plates then i guess it was ok. Hi there sorry you were disappointed with your stay with me. I am considering shifting the bed to the front of the room which would give more room around the bed and shift the lounge area to where the bed is. Your comments on that idea would be appreciated.Blue Water Apartments

Hostess was very friendly and helpful :) room was clean and comfortable and great location! easy walk to town and right across from the beach! would definetley reccommend to others and will definetley stay again one day :).

Blue water apartments has stone throw away waterfront, comfy and cosy apartment. Hostess viv was was wonderful to deal with. Free wi-fi was great thought was connecting & disconnecting every now & then. But overall experience was awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone & will stay here when we visit whitianga.

Highly recommend this motel to everyone! best location-water front, walk distance to town center and wharf. Best facility-huge screen tv, moden shower room. Best service-friendly host. Best duvet and comfortable beds! best price- a 2 bedroom unit is only $240 per night for 4 adults and 1 child! we will definitely come back!.

Comfortable,tidy appartment across the road from the beach. Would prefer having enough chairs and toiletries for the 5 guests. Will stay there again.

The host could not have been more helpful.We booked the 2 bedroom unit and what we got was 1bedroom and a large cupboard with 2single beds in it.How you could class this as a 2 bedroom unit is beyond me.THere was only chairs in the unit we had 4 people staying and the other 2people had to sit on hard dining room chairs. Very disappointed would not stay there again.

Oh Dear, I am very sorry you were disappointed with your accommodation. Yes the 2nd bedroom is small and I try to ensure that the photos on my website show the unit as it is. Of course the price paid reflects the size of the unit. I do have larger units on site which would have suited your needs better.
