Set amongst 32 hectares of rural, forest and pastureland, this elegant Eco Lodge provides a country retreat on the beautiful East Coast of the North Island. Located approximately 10 minutes drive from Gisborne Airport and city this is the ideal retreat to relax and experience a great example of sustainable living. There are two beautifully appointed guest rooms, one with ensuite the other with private bathroom. Hosts Kay and Kees provide a warm and comfortable atmosphere and Kay's cooking is simply superb! Dinner is an optional extra (highly recommended) and is mostly made from the freshest of home grown produce. Onsite there are many activities to do including a forest walk and Maori cultural performance. This property is a shining example of sustainable tourism at it's best.
