Cosy small farm cottage set in garden surrounds. One double bedroom, en suite shower and toilet. Nicely set up kitchen with all facilities. Self help breakfast for 2 provided with fresh home baked bread and our own farm eggs.
Just 3kms from Waitohi Beach, 7 minutes from Opotiki. The gateway to the East Coast and only 2 hours drive from either Gisborne, Rotorua or Tauranga.
Strictly non smoking.
Check in time 4 P.M. - 6 P.M. Check out time <10.30 A.M.
Sorry, no pets. Too many tempting chickens and cats.

If you love animals this is the place to stay. Hosts are outstanding..couldn't be more helpful.We made the most of their free range eggs,beautiful warm bread for breakfast(freshly baked) ,gorgeous beach close by and all I can say is WOW..highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the warm welcome on arrival, the clean, comfortable and well maintained accommodation with lots of little extra touches, and the lovely warm loaf of bread with fresh eggs in the morning. Hosts were friendly but not intrusive. Thoroughly recommended.

We booked for one night and decided to stay two as it was so relaxing after a full day touring the motu river. The whole loaf of bread and the farm eggs for breakfast were a treat. Nice to be able to cook a meal in our own little domain in the garden as well. Hosts were very friendly but they also respected our privacy. A very nice start to our round trip of the east cape and the best place for value for money. The little extra treats were much appreciated and i hope this little haven continues like this for others to enjoy.

Excellent stay, with all the little luxuries at an affordable price. The freshly made bread in the morning, made it feel relaxed and comfortable and the hosts were friendly but not intrusive. Would stay here again and recommend to all. A lovely place to relax and get away from it all.

Very nice start to our tour around East Cape, probably the nicest of the place we stayed on that trip, comfortable bed and lots of extra goodies, home baked bread and fresh eggs for breakfast. would stay there again if in that area.

Lovely accommodation and lovely people who went the extra mile. Would have loved to have stayed longer if the weather had been nicer - couldn't find the weather switch.
