A non-refundable booking fee of $4 applies to all Travelbug bookings. This helps us cover payment handling costs and customer support. If you have one confirmation number that refers to multiple rooms at the same hotel, just one booking fee of $4 will be charged.

There is no charge to change your booking.

We charge $20 on all cancellations in addition to any cancellation policy set by the accommodation provider.
