Time-Out Cottages

Time-Out Cottages are two self-contained cottages nestled behind native bush, at the gateway to the world famous Fiordland Heritage Park.

Our Modern Time-Out Cottages consist of 2 self-contained one bedroom units each with one queen size bed and one single, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, BBQ, and spacious living - nestled behind New Zealand native bush. Both cottages are wheel-chair accessible with wide doors and a large ramp. A continental breakfast is available.

The cottages are situated at the gate way to the world renowned Fiordland Heritage Park. Close by are the famous Kepler and Milford Tracks. Within a five minute walk you will find a local shop, a cafe, and a garage.

Local activities and attractions include: kayaking,fishing {charter available},short walking tracks, row boat hire, cruises over the lake tp the power station or beyond to Doubtful Sound, swim at the pool or play tennis. Te Anau is a short 20minute drive - where the choices are endless or you may choose just to relax on the beaches of our beautiful Lake Manapouri.
