Situated in a quiet, sheltered location. We have 12 recently refurbished ground floor, very clean and modern, non-smoking units. Studio sleeps 1-3, one bedroom sleeps 1-5, two bedroom sleeps 1-5 and three bedroom sleeps 1-7.
All units are serviced daily and have kitchen facilities. Video channel, 5 Sky TV channels, wireless broadband internet, internet booth, BBQ, storage of luggage and cars for track walkers or guests overnight cruises.
3 minue walk to lake and DoC centre, 8 minute walk to town centre and restaurants. We can also assist with tour bookings at no extra cost.

Good accommodation. Great value. Rooms were spotless and the young couple who run/own Asure Amber Court were extremely friendly, helpful and had some great recommendations on local spots to eat and visit.

Good accommodation in a completely re-furbished motel suite, with the larger room sizes of a 1970's motel.

Stayed 2 nights and had been 'upgraded' to allow for my son to stay if he needed a bed (he was on tour with his school Jazz band). I was out for most of the time, but bedding, shower and room temperature was good despite the cooler outside temperature. Laundry and internet facilities used, which was great. Overall a very comfortable stay. Happy to stay there again.

Was suprised to find a newly renovated room in what looks from the outside to be a older style accommodation. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Only two concerns were heating if there in winter and the shower was bit up and down with temperature. Would stay again..

Thank you for your feedback. We have owned the motel for just over 12 months and have refurbished almost all of the units (October 2008) and will then focus on the exterior of the building. The heating in the unit is temporary, as we await the arrival of the new heating system that has been ordered for the refurbished units. We have arranged for our plumber to inspect the hot water system as there should be no fluctuation in temperature. We really appreciate feedback like this, it enables us to provide a better accommodation service.

Late Oct. 07 The one bedroom unit was clean and well appointed but very basic. Being run by a young couple who were very obliging. Slightly over priced.
