Built and opened in 2009, boutique accommodation and finished to a high standard, affordably priced with genuine Kiwi hospitality at its best, happy atmosphere in peaceful surroundings with an abundance of comfort, a haven for guests to rest up.

Three spacious Studio rooms with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Each studio sleeps 3 persons (Queen and king single beds), if 3 single persons additional bed is made up. Lounge chairs and stools, table & chairs, TV and DVD, Wifi, Access to owners well equipped kitchen, laundry and private decking for relaxation.


The Self contained Apartment is finished to a high standard, a fully equipped home away from home, Kitchen, Lounge/dinning/bedroom (7500x6400) (Queen and two king single beds) additional bed is made up if 4 single persons. Bathroom/laundry,outdoor decking/furniture

Breakfast option: Cafe accross the road (closed Mondays) bring your own or
Buffet continental breakfast - additional $12 per person: No smoking inside please. The garden newly planted.

Self Contained Apartment - home away from home - sleeps 4 persons. To sleep 7 persons - book the Apartment and Tiffen Studio (two bathrooms)interconnecting door (sound proof wall)

Of road parking, car cleaning equipment, if you bring your own bike it can be locked in the bike shed.
