Marineland Motel has recently received a serious internal upgrade to most rooms resulting in some of the latest appointments, fittings, furnishings and plumbing available being used. Some units now have air-conditioning!

The Motel is situated across the road from the only safe swimming ocean beach at Napier and the swimmable tidal salt water Estuary on the West shore. It is in the "heart" of any marine activity desired and provides back door access to some of the most wonderful scenic walks to be had in the Bay.

Marineland Motel consists of 23 ground floor units and one 3 bedroom luxurious Apartment that sleeps 7. The Motel consists of a variety of accommodation combinations. Executive Studios for 1 to 4 people, 1 bedroom units that will sleep up to 6 people. A selection of 2 bedroom family units for 4 to 6 people and of course those 2 bedroom units that look out over the ocean.

- All Standard Studio units have near new TV's and sleep 2.
- Executive Stusio units (with Spa in the en-suite have a queen bed plus single bed and some have a pull-out couch.
- The 1 bedroom units have a king bed plus a single and a pull-out couch, the 1 bdrm units with Conservatory have a King bed and 3 singles.
-The 2 bedroom family suites have a queen bed in 1 bdrm and 2 or singles in the other bedroom.
- The Premier Executive suites (new Dec 2008) have been professionally remodelled with the latest of appointments and furnishings and provide the most wonderful views of the Estuary and Marina from their private elvated and glass fenced deck, new LCD TV's with DVD players have been fitted to most units and all TV's have 6 Sky channels connected.

All units except the Studios have an extra TV in the master bedroom.

- The 2 storey Apartment is a very sumptuously appointed, having a full kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom is equipped with the latest European designed twin bowl glass vanity plus 2 person "multi" jet Spa with the latest Satin Jet shower over the top. The lounge is provisioned with a "Kent" log burner to add to the home away from home atmosphere during those colder winter nights. It is very private and quiet and simply affordable luxury.

Marineland Motel is presented as a quiet, very comfortable facility suitable for both families and the corporate traveller. It is the only Motel in Napier that provides for its guests with a large, heated and enclosed salt water swimming pool on site.

The "award winning" a la carte licenced restaurant "Estuary's" on site is staffed by internationally qualified chefs which have developed a reputation of one of the "preferred places" to dine at in the "Hawkes Bay".

The motel is situated within easy walking distance of some of Napier's finest cafe's, restaurants and bars the city has to offer.

Fishing/diving or general boating charters, canoe hire are all readily accessable from the motel on foot. We can even put you in touch with some of best hunting guides the area has to offer.

All units are equipped with the latest feather and down "passion" pillows Oversized luxury bath Towels and most units are equipped with Spa's or a Spa bath, over which is mounted the latest dual shower/massage Satin jet shower head.
