Great, easy to find. Very friendly - although would have been nice to have 'check in time' available on confirmation sheet, as after travelling we thought we could drop off our gears and rest a little (about 12pm). Other than that was enjoyable stay.

We stayed one night and it was excellent! The owner were so helpful when we had problem with the separate room's door mysteriously locked from inside when nobody was inside. The kitchen and bathroom is clean. Overall it was good experience. Thanks

Clean and very basic, yet everything you would need for a few days in Napier. Enjoyed being able to dine in the garden directly at doorstep. The carpet is dated and of strange design, would need replacement. The walls are quite thin as we could hear some conversations from other rooms. Some sound proofing may help. Hosts are friendly and very accommodating. Location is convenient to both beach and city centre. A very practical choice if you are staying for a few days. Would recommend.

We will take onboard the other comments about soundproofing, but most likely this will not be able to be done for sometime.
