Hello Pong, thank you for your feedback and we are a little surprised after your positive comments that you have only rated the stay at 1 out of 5. The internet isn't limited to 50mb, it is that the first 50mb are free of charge. You can obtain further if you require it. As far as the upstairs room is concerned, we make it very clear on the booking confirmation that requests can not be gauranteed. Unfortunately all our upstairs units had been previously booked and we can only work on a first in first servered basis. This seems the only fair way. Clean and tidy rooms, lovely hosts. Parking was a tight squeeze however overall stay was pleasant.

Highly recommended! Lovely hosts who go the extra mile for their customers -even stayed up after office closing hours for us as we were running late. Great accommodation facilities! We would definately stay again - thanks for your excellent service and hospitality :)

Quality stay - lovely owner and very clean and modern accomodation. We will stay there again when going through Taupo. We highly recommend the Ascot for a great night's stay and excellent service that is warm and friendly.

Facilities are ok, rooms could do with aircon as they are very hot, otherwise well appointed. parking can be an issue if busy, especially if you have a large car/van.
