Thank you,we loved the bigger pools and the private one in our room too...definately return. Our hosts were friendly and the room was spotless, with everything we needed ....

Hotel staff were very friendly on check-in and check-out, was quiet and could park right outside the unit. The in-room thermal pool was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

When the room is prepaid i object to filling in forms and car rego etc . room was basic but very clean

Not what I expected upon arrival , very basic room good if your'e there for a sleep. I wasn't to happy to hear that they cater for dogs staying in the rooms, when we found a flea in our room we wern't to happy. Overall OK

The room you stayed in, we do not allow doggies to stay in, and yes, we are a pet friendly motel, but all the doggies that stay here are treated more like a child to the owners. We have never had a single flea problem here, since pet doggies were allowed to stay. The room you stayed in was a very comfortable basic studio, and the rate is the lowest of the all rooms in our motel. You said you found a flea in your room, if it was the case, why didn't you say to us promptly. By the way all the carpets in our motel are commercial bug resistant qualities. The manegement.

The staff/owners were pleasent enough and the room was ok. If you don't expect much you won't be disappointed.

Owner seemed mifted that I had used Travel Bug and not gone straight to him. Found room with two single beds and not a double/queen. In saying this they were happy to let us bring our bikes into the room and place on a towel. Very average room and mostly trees for a view not a lake.

Room was fine; staff was helpful re dinner options; spa facility was easily accessible and enjoyable; very surprised at cost of internet access: NZ$28.50 for about 30 minutes of laptop connection to nationwide access number
