Lovely room, very clean, tidy and well equipped, with a fantastic view of the lake and had the beach just over the road. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and we had a great two night stay. Thank you.

Sat at reception after being ignored for about ten minutes and ringing the bell 5 times. Bad first impression but from there our stay was amazing, I have also stayed at Hilton taupo and would consider the quality inn sails better in terms of rooms, polite manner of friendly room service people and price!! 100% luxury stay and would definitely recommend!

We thank Lynda for the feedback and am sorry for the long wait at the desk upon her arrival. We were extremely busy at the time of her check-in as with two people on duty at the reception, both of which, were escorting other guests to their rooms.Usually we are able to greet all guests upon their entering the premises and do all we can to make them comfortable and their check-in prompt and informative. We do aplogise for this unusual delay in attending to Lynda and hope that this will not deter her from staying with us in the future. Regards, Richard and Karen Murphy.

Had a great stay - accomodation was good, clean and very tidy. View from upstairs balcony was fantastic, helped by a great Taupo day. Heaps of parking. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
