Clean and tidy, room a bit small but good for the price. Appreciated the tea making facilities which i wasn't expecting in a backpackers. Bed bugs. Room 225. Get that sorted please so no one else gets annoyed with the bite marks. Emailed them on monday 18th march but yet to hear a reply from them. Other than that, staff are friendly, location central. .

Dear Nadiah, I was so sorry to read this feedback. As we all know these troublesome bedbugs can come from a number of places. I hope you can take comfort in the fact that this room was checked by professional pest controllers the following day - and was retreated. (The last treatment was January 26, 2013) While the contractor could not find sign of these little beasts it's important to know that you can sleep easy should you wish to come back to visit us. Female sanctuary dorm was v nice, comfortable & safe. Highly recommended. Great to have an elec jug & tea-making facilities but an extension cord or accessible plug would help. Gas in kitchen needs instructions.

Great new hostel in the middle of town. Our private room was better than many hotels and you get access to the hostel facilities to boot.

We stayed at the double room with ensuite. Room was very clean and tidy - housekeeping ok - seems to forget few areas each time but no biggie. Bonus - tv with sky movie. The position of the wash basin/panel on the wall makes it little awkward to use the wash basin! The main issue is the noise from the bar - found it very hard to sleep at times. (We were there for 6 nights and there were music on every nite!) Also lots of noise coming from the kitchen at night - I guessed that was from the cleaners? Overall still quite good value for what we paid for.
