Phil and Barbara will warmly welcome you to their beautiful and modern bed and breakfast accommodation. The stunning mountains all around can be admired best from the floor to ceiling viewing windows in the dining area.
Breakfast at a time convenient to you and enjoy a delicious continental or cooked breakfast from the comfortable dining chairs while enjoying the vistas.
Situated 1500 metres from the town within walking distance. In a quiet residential area with double glazed windows and guest controlled heating, to enjoy an undisturbed sleep.
Guests are always welcome to relax in the evening with Phil and Barbara with a complimentary drink of wine, tea or coffee to enjoy their cosy log fire in the winter or the stunning views from the sunwarmed lounge in the summer. Alternatively you may wish to seek the privacy of your room with your free wifi connection and wall mounted television or perhaps unwind after a days hiking in the sunny and private outdoor area and take a short walk around the garden.
Bathrooms with top quality fittings, heated tiled floor during the winter, heated towel rails. Continuous hot water powered by gas.
A guest computer is available for guests. Shared guest kitchenette with tea making facilities, complimentary tea / coffee, fridge / freezer, microwave (not for full meal cooking please). Guests are welcome to use the laundry.
Off street parking and lockup facilities are available for bikes & ski gear.

Barbara really put a lot of work into her home in Wanaka. Our bedroom had a bathroom ensuite, and everything was updated and functional. The wifi connection was strong, and we had access to cable TV. Our breakfast was also very fulfilling and delicious! My husband and I highly recommend staying here!

We were made very welcome by Barbara and Phil. Our room was of a high standard. The breakfast was also excellent. We would definitely recommend this B&B. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. Lovely modern accommodation; nothing too much trouble for Barbara and Phil who make your stay very comfortable. We wished we had stayed longer, a must for anyone visiting Wanaka, which is a lovely resort.

Beautiful, modern home with everything needed for a comfortable stay including a delicious breakfast. Phil and Barbara are gracious and friendly hosts - treating us like old friends from the start. Mika is loveable too. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommended!

Excellent B&B experience, courtesy of our wonderful hosts, Barb and Phil. Guests feel very welcome and at "home". Delicious breakfast and friendly conversation over evening drinks and snacks. Beautiful and comfortable accommodations in a tranquil lakeside town surrounding by picturesque mountains. Easy accessibility to town center and nearby hiking tracks. Highly recommended.
